All customers will receive a digital file (JPEG/BMP/other) of the finished piece to use for their own purpouses in perpetuity. The artist (Jarrod Elvin) highly appreciates any photographs or copies of the artwork in it's final state (completed tattoos, printed CD albums, etc...) No changes may be made to the artwork without the permission of the artist (Jarrod Elvin). The artist (Jarrod Elvin) reserves the right to keep all original art. Customers ordering colour pictures will receive a grayscale version free of charge if requested. The artist (Jarrod Elvin) reserves the right to use all commissions for self-promotional purpouses, including this website and/or online galleries, in which the client will be fully credited. The Artist (Jarrod Elvin) will not reuse a customers commission for any other purpouses than stated above. Source files such as PSDs/ FLAs/etc will incur an extra fee of %200 to be supplied to the customer if requested.
